Claims will not be accepted for items intentionally damaged or misused.
Minor variations, such as slight differences in print placement, color, or texture, are normal for made-to-order items and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
